how to reduce the contaminant when spray on Ti

Hi ,everyone !
When I spray NiAl on T40,there are always some contaminant on the interface .I change the grit (80 mesh,white corundum ).Reduce the blasting pressure ,no Pre-heat ,but the result is still not good .
Please give me some suggestion,thanks !

Ti is very easy be oxidized, you need to spray the part immediately after blast the part.

What kind of contamination do you see? It is possible you are seeing embedded grit blasting media. You should thoroughly clean the grit from your part after blasting.

thank you for advice ! I check the MET again and find that the contamination is grit scrap ,not oxidation,so I change my blasting parameter and clean carefully,the result is much better now!
