Turbine high speed shaft RPM 6000 to be coating

Dear all,
Does anyone has any experiences to do spraying on Turbine Shaft dia 92 x 146 mm area to be sprayed in 650 mm in total length with RPM 6000 by using conventional methode - flame combustion / Arc spray - ? please let me know the result is okay by applying this methode ? should we use HVOV or Plasma ?
The shaft is in Gear box of Lufkin Gear Box type TFWP.

I'm sure of similar applications of combustion wire spray 13Cr steel and molybdenum coatings in past were ok, but no specific experience I'm afraid.

For gearbox (oil wetted areas) we recommend using either:
metco 63NS (below 430°c) or metco 450NS (up to 800°c)
63NS is hard with sliding properties, resistant to fretting and can be used in oxydizing conditions
450NS is resiatnt to corrosion and abrasion. used for build-up on machinable carbon steels and corrosion resistant steels.
Both are powder type.

We repair aircraft auxilliary power units that includes diameter restoration (shafts, gears) up to 60.000 RPM

If your question is still actual.
I've used combustion wire spray in high velocity mode for carbon (0.7%) steel. Only good result for brass and babbit slider bearings of turbines. I've got some troubles with 13% chromium steel after quick wear of babbit slider bearings. I have some ideas why, but not able to defend it. Anyway I would recommend carbon (0.7%) steel deposition by combustion wire spray.
