Rotating Plasma Spray Gun
We need Rotating (PLasma Arc Spraying) Gun (to be suitable with METCO or AMT MultiCoat Systems) for internal diameters.

RE: Rotating Plasma Spray Gun
Hi MarkL
What application do you want to do with this kind of gun?, maybe, it could be better and more reliable and economic to use another system, like the one been used on quite all automotive and industrial ID coatings, for example if you are looking for coatings for automotive cylinder bores, so Rotating Single Wire RSW, formerly PTWA (Plasma Transferred Wire Arc), is the best evolution of a rotating Aps spray process used before, in order to coat internal diameters.
Best regards
Luigi

RE: Rotating Plasma Spray Gun
Hi loriolo!

Some of the jet engine parts required restoration of small internal diameters which are not concentric to the main part's axle. Till today we are designing and manufacturing fixture tool for each specific part. We are interested in performing spraying operation with a rotating gun. The inner diameter to be sprayed is 40-45 mm. Sprayed materials - METCO 443NS or TAFA 73MXC.
