W121 coating - Parameter Problem

1. It is capable for HVOF to perform Iridium Oxide coating? What is suitable process for this kind of coating?
2. I have a new problem with applying W121(Tafa Product) powder using JP5000. I already got the HVOF parameter from Praxair, but when we use Praxair parameter, the flame produce from the gun is ridiculously large. My feeder tube had been blow up due to its over-combustion. I had change the parameter by slowing down the fuel psi, o2 psi and feeder rate rpm, and it still produce same problem. Please advice.
Please find the details of our parameter as per below:
Parameter given by TAFA.
Oxygen = 1900 scfh
Fuel Flow = 5.7 gph
Carrier gas flow = 22 scfh
Powder feed = 80 gpm (How to convert in RPM? Since our feeder use rpm unit for powder feed?)
Spray distance = 15 inch
Torch Barrel size = 8 inch
We use this parameters except for powder feed = 40 rpm, and the reading as per below:
Powder Particle Size : 16micron
Combustion = 96 psi
Oxygen = 132 psi
Fuel = 114 psi, 4.25 gph
Flow = 1700 scfh
Water = 80F – water in
146F – out
Powder feed = 40 rpm
