Initially I would like to want to talk on my pleasure about this website and thanks for your support.
I attended Istanbul Technical University-Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Master Degree Programme last year.According to my thesis subject that Cold Spray Coatings on Titanium I am studying and detailed searching on this comprehensive issue. For this project I need some remarkable datas and documents about this subject.Would you mind sending these datas? Furthermore I need to search the companies which are working on Cold Spray Technologies in Turkey.Would you mind sending such a list about this issue? All I can suggest initially is to search Google or the like with terms "cold spray", "cold gas dynamic spraying" and the like. You will notice that this process is still in its early development stage with very little commercialisation as yet.

Note that this thread was split from here and hopefully should be easier to find.

People have successfully sprayed different coatings on Titanium. Try to search in journal of thermal spray technology. You will find some good papers there. I don't know about the cold spray activity in Turkey..sorry but I can tell you what's happening in UK.... I did quite a bit of work with titanium powder in cold spray...the biggest issue in titanium coating is porosity..
