Diamalloy 1010 with DJ2700 C3H6

Dear Experts,

We met a quality problem(high and big porosity level) of Diamalloy 1010 powder spray with DJ 2700 Propylene fule gas, we think the spray parameters was wrong, anybody has experiences in spray parameters could share, thanks in advance!
