Shy  flow rate conversion of propane in DJ2700
Really a good website for learning thermal spraying. I encounted an problem about the real flow rate of propane, because in DJ2700 system, the flow rate is labelled as FMR. How can I make a direct conversion? Is there a formula? Thanks very much!

Hi guang,

The flow meter conversion in SCFH is listed in the Parameter sheets (Please see attached)

You'll just need to make sure you are checking the correct sheet as per your Gun set up and equivalent powder i.e Propane, Propylene etc
