I am new here, i just registered.
I am a Ph.D. student from Romania, and my thesis subject is thermal spraying. I am very glad that there is a forum like this wich can be a very good source. I would like to ask you if you know some softwares that can simulate the thermal spraying process. I have the "jet&poudres" software, but it gives me some errors , and it's limited at plasma spraying process. Thank you ! Have a nice day !

RE: thermal spraying simulation software ???
Hi vladutzu86
to the Surface Engineering Forum.I had a play with "jet&poudres" software some time ago, though interesting and thought provoking didn't personally find it useful in a practical sense for developing coatings. Sorry, no knowledge or experience of other thermal spraying simulation software, though I'm sure there must be some out there.
