i woluld like to know about capital cost and running cost comparison between D-gun systems and JP 5000 HVOF syastem

I can only suggest collecting information from the equipment manufacturers (with a few of your most used coatings in mind). Information needed would be gas/fuel/power/water consumption and also not forgetting deposit efficiencies and spray rates for your selected coatings. Consumable part cost and life should also be considered. Capital cost, well you can't beat getting a quote from the seller. Big Grin
