Help needed on AlSi coating

Hi,

I'm having trouble to reveal a true microstructure of Al12Si (arc wire sprayed). I believe porosity level more than it should, anyone has any polishing method for this coating?

What arc spray system do you used, because not all arc spray systems has the same coating result, there are some arc spray systems that has to much porosity and low bond strength. Coating properties can vary significantly as they are
dependant on the chosen arc spray system equipment.
