Hello im looking for anyone with bond wire to sale. im in UK or can you direct me to suppliers been looking on internet seems there are few suppliers in UK. Need the wire urgently

There are many kind of bond wire, and it changes with thermal spray process, for example arc spray bond wire for application on bearings is better to use Al/bronze wire, for high temperature there are special wires, etc

Thanks. I'm looking at buying the Metcoloy Type2 wire it's a self bonding wire. The fact that it's a self bonding wire does this mean I can do away with the bond coat? Please advise on this

Metcoloy 2 wire (13Cr-1Mg-Ferest) is not a self bonding wire, you must use a bonding wire like Ni-20Al bonding wire , of course not from Metco, because are very expensive products and do not have enough quality-price relationship, you can get the wire in every welding materials sales rapresentative near you.
