Bonding Polymer (PU) to Stainless steel316L

Hi Guys,

I have problem bonding PU to a stainless steel (316L)-electro polished.
Do you think Plasma treatment of SS would be helpful?
I have some limitation not to use primer coating or adhesive plus temperature limitation of<60degC.

Could you, please, let me know what is the the purpose of the coating you're trying to deposit? What is the application the 316 steel components will be used for?
We perform laser-assisted deposition of coatings and maybe of help.
