Gordon, I am coating T800 on a aft flange of a liner, the manual limit is not more than 0.025". And I encouter very often edge lifting prpoblem if I spray at 0.030" or above.
What are the care you refer to? what should I observe to eliminate the lifting as I think tha parameter is noo problem as we have been spraying with it for long time. I am not too sure about the thermal history of the subtrate. For surface preparation, I have also tried to use a coarse media to create higher surface roughness, but the lifting still persist.
What would be the possible causes to it in your opinion.
What about the external air cooling and the frequency of stopage during spraying (build-up)
