I am working on a class project and was wondering if anybody can
guide me to online source with regard my questiosn below:
Basically, I am looking to understand the process of producing low
E glass. I know that there are two different processes though I
would like to know more
about the materials used in the Low E Glass, like why is Silver,
Indium, Copper, etc being used? (also what properties does
each of these materials
contribute to low E glass?) What are the critical
properties for low e glass? Where is Indium used (Indium or
Indium-tin-oxide)? Why? What is the application for
different Low E glass? Which material needs glue? Which
material is scratch resistant? Why is Indium used in low E
glass? What are the critical properties that Indium has
compared to other material?
Thank you!
