ROLL CONDUCTOR (HVOF POWDER)

Hi Gordon and surface engineering members,

We have a conductor roll to be coated with HVOF process. From recorded, the roller had been coated with some sort of tungsten carbide HVOF powder. But the problem is, we are unable to search the powder. Therefore, i seek your kindness to assist me on this matter.

FYI, the powder is :

1. 44.70%W, 0.3%Ni, 34.5%Cr, 19.90%Ni.

Hi Minja

Not sure about your composition as you have two entries for Ni.

At a guess maybe a tungsten carbide/chromium carbide/nickel chromium powder.
