I want to purchase some thermal spray systems.
Our Major Purpose for purchasing thermal spray systems is TBC Coating of Gas turbine (Power plant) Combustion liners with APS systems but we want to extend our services with other other thermal spray systems.

A bit of sales promotion here....

I am Stephen Booth, Regional Manager Asia for FST in Singapore. The price range of the equipment even in our company is quite large. Its difficult for an OEM to provide pricing without knowing your actual requirements, and specific needs.

If you would like to have more firm information, please drop me an email with your company name, and information on address, location of the equipment, parts to be coated, experience with coating, and need for application support.


I will stick my neck out here a bit....
However for a "stand alone" HVOF or APS system typically you would expect USD 75,000 to USD 200,000 depending on choice or type of controller, chiller, torch, accessories.

A multi process system with completed integrated could be 2 to 5x the above price depending on level of integration.

All of the major manufacturers TAFA, Metco, FST produce quality products similar to every industry, like cars or lathe machines. However, you should consider application and service support and see how comfortable you are with the organization. Do they know your business. Does the Engineer and sales man understand your requirements....
