Coating on SS 304L

A chemical process vessel which is going to handle "Terephthalic acid, Hydrogen and water" is made of SS 304L coated on base metal.
The SS 304L coating has undergone sensitization during heat treatment.
Can anybody suggest a coating, which can reduce the rate of corrosion when the vessel is put into service.
