We are making panels for the transportation industry. Our
customer specifies shot blasting with subsequent zinc metallizing.
Two vendors are available for this process. One does zinc
metallizing by melting zinc wire with oxy-acetylene flame &
sprays it on the job.
The other uses zinc powder & then melts it. Can I have the
comparison between the two with advantages/disadvantages along with
technical inputs on the process.
