A large number of elements form hydrated oxides, just look for chemicals containing the hydroxl group (hydroxide)like NaOH.

The noun hydroxide has 2 meanings:

Meaning #1: a compound of an oxide with water
Synonym: hydrated oxide

Meaning #2: a chemical compound containing the hydroxyl group
