Coating with ITO Material in Nano scale

Dear Sir,

I'm try to coating ITO dispersed nano scale in organik solvent with rotogravure coater on Polyester Film, but the surface coating not smooth to coverage it's mean some pin hole appear when checked with microscope. My target is thin layer and smooth coverage, no pin hole. doyou have some idea??
I need to make some film can protected from I.R rays.
