I am seeking a solution to a coating - graphit/carbon, preferred.
Problem: Temp range to 288 deg Celsius
working fluid: steam
Dry running preferred, hence the coating for the reciprocating movement (currently at 3000rpms) to eliminate oil as a medium for lubrication.
The shaft will be running in a 3D cast iron housing, oscillating rotor, same material, while shaft is movement is reciprotating.
Running time: min20000 hrs.
