Teflon/ptfe coatings

We are looking at the possiblity of coating compressor rotors with a form of PTFE.
It has to handle temperatures of about 250oC.
we are looking at different options, PTFE was original spec & assisted with labryinth sealing arrangement.
Any assistance with material equipment that we could look at would be a great help
