Hi Vishal
Assuming these silo's are large in size I think zinc or possibly aluminium are going to be best. Under normal conditions these coatings can provide protection well in excess of 20 years depending on coating thickness.
The environment that you describe will attack these coatings. Sealing and painting with a good epoxy based system will probably be needed particularly in the areas of spillage.
