A thermal spray coating consisting of a NiCrAl type bond coat and a
zirconia based ceramic top coat may be feasible, but will depend
very much on what the hot chemical gas stream contains.
For casting, paste or paint on materials have a look at products
from companies like Aremco ( www.aremco.com )
