Dear sir,

I am working on a project which involves TiO2 as a white pigment to the ethanol medium. I just wonder if possible to produce a smooth homogenious white medium when TiO2 powder mixed with ethanol medium. And if it is possilbe, is there any specific technics that need to to be followed?
