: Gordon,
: I've finally started my nano TiO2 project ( if u still remember..)
: I've got a new problem. The powders too fine and blocked the tunnel between the container and the gun during spray. That means no powder can give out during spray, is there any method could help?

Hi Leo

What thermal spray gun are you using?
What is the particle size of your powder and what type of binder system for the nano TiO2?

If you are using a combustion powder flame spray gun I think you will need to use quite a course powder size around say 75 micrometres with a reasonable tight size distribution. Make sure the powder is kept absolutely moisture free.
