We are facing problem of difference of more than 100 deg centigrade in two thermocouples located in GT exhaust. Details are as follows
(i) Temperature in all six thermocouples is as (in deg centigrade)
CT102B=503,
CT103B=578,
CT104B=611,
CT106B=578 ,
CT107B=593
CT108B=549.
CT102,103abd 104 represent left hand combustion chamber and CT 106,107and 108 represent right hand side combustion chamber .
(ii) All the thermocouples are calibrated and checked for terminal tightness and mv values. And found OK
(iii) Machine had clocked 37000 EOH
(iv) All flames looks OK
We are planning to inspect the burners for any clogging, erosion or damage.
It will be great help to us if you can, please, share your experience of this.
