We are a company which has a rokide ceramic spray coating system. We are new in this subject so we are living some problems. We hope that, we can solve this problems.
One of these problems is regard to screw ash conveyor. This screw conveyor is a cast steel. It contains chromium.
The chemical contents of this material is:
32 NiCrMo %85
C %0,28-0,36
Max Si %0,40
Mn %0,30-0,60
Max P %0,035
Max S %0,035
Mo %0,35-0,55
Ni %1,80-2,10
Vanadium %0,15
Which type rokide ceramic rod can be used for this material. If you write step to step , we will be very pleasure.
