Electron-beam physical vapor deposition masking

Hello All, 

Any suggestions on what is the best solution for high temperature (800C to 1000C) Electron-beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) masking for gas turbine aircraft engine? Preferably some sort of tape, so it is easy to use.

For metal - stainless steel
For ceramic - something like Hastalloy X.

Masks element should be on fixture and don’t touch the blade.

There is no tape mask available for EBPVD application. You will need to use metal masking. ERW is the preferred supplier of LPPS and EBPVD tooling for PWA.
