Inconel 625 Plasma Sprayed Compressor Cylinder (ID)

Dear All,
I need your support / advise in an urgent basis. Two days back we have coated an ID of compressor Cylinder using Inconel 625 Plasma Powder. The process will be

1.Pre Machining to remove Old coating and Pitting
2. Baking / heating
3. Masking and Surface Preparation
4. Apply Bond Coat
5. Apply Top Coat
6. Final Machining
7. Honing to achieve surface finish

After Coating done the operator haven't give enough material for machining and Honing. once we have completed (achieve the final size), found un cleaned area .

Here my question is , is there any way to solve this issue? I don't won't to rework it again as customer is chasing for delivery and lead time of material purchasing will be around 2 weeks.

I came a cross with one of my friends suggestion Belzona 1111 & Belzona 1511
is this Material good enough / suits for reworking it? can i give a mild thread over the ID and apply this coating and machine it to final size?

please give your suggestions.

Regards,
D.K

RE: Inconel 625 Plasma Sprayed Compressor Cylinder (ID)
I've done some belzona under the coating to fill some huge pores and surface imperfections if welding was not an option due to part distortion. Maybe some belzona on small pores on the hardfaced surface for the looks. But never for bigger areas. First of all those areas will be of a different color and the customer will have questions about the quality of the job. And second, it might just peel of and make matters worse. I would not do it.
