Help for Semi-quantitative analysis for phase %ages in XRD
Hello Forum members,

I am looking for your help in calculating the percentages of phases evolved in my WC-Co-Cr based coating deposited by HVOF.

The method i am interested in is semi-quantitative analysis (Chung, J. Appl.
Cryst., 8(1975)17-19) using RIR (reference intensity ratio, I/Ic) values of each phases.
Where RIR is the ratio between the integrated intensities of the peak of interest and that of a known standard Al2O3 (corundum).

The phases evolved after the coating deposition are as follows;
WC, W2C, W, WC1-x and Co3W3C.

Can anyone have the RIR values of these phases.
