I'm looking for an affordable but reliable used arc spray equiment 380V-50HZ three phases:
Must be capable of spraying zinc/aluminum and high melting point wires.

My budget is 8000 euro max (VAT included if any).
I'm located in Europe, Italy.

I know so many people that bought used arc spray system, with no so good result, take care because old arc spray system, do not spray Zn/Al wire, with that budget you can buy a new wire system which use gas instead of current, and can spray Zn/Al without any problem.

thanks for your answer Luis, i appreciate your suggestion.
I'd like to go for an arc spray equipment due to the ease of use as it doesn't require any gas... i don't like much the idea of havin this bottle of acetylene nearby me

Could you tell me how much is the gas consumption for a flame spray gun set up?
What type of metal/alloy can a typical flame spray set up work with (Zn/Al, bronze, copper, anything else?...)

If you do not like acetilene, you can use propane as fuel gas, the consumption is as follow: OXI aboutt 85 NLPM, Propane about 18 NLMM, AIR about 650 NLPM, wire flame spray system can spray all kind of metals, from babbit to Molibdenum.
