Hardness of Inconel 625
Dear SEF members,

I want to ask smg about hardness of Inconel 625 alloy. What is the hardness of Inconel 625 coating by HVOF?

Hi Metallurgy_eng

Roughly around the equivalent of 35 HRC. Cross-sectional micro-hardness around 350 - 450 HV/0.3kg
