JP 5000 spray issue
Hi there,

I have an issue needs opinon from experts who have JP5000 experience.

My setting was 1600SCFH O2 (14 bar) and 6 gal/h Jet-A Kerosene coating MCrAlY powder. The gun sometimes spit black oily dirt onto coating parts. I feel that probably the O2 was not rich enough. Stabilizer was OK.

Regardless what type of system I use, What is your opinon on what you see.

Many thanks in advanceSmile

RE: JP 5000 spray issue
Jet-A have something added in to stop icing, try the different fuel.
Leaks check your O2 supply hose.
