Does anyone have the experience about Amdry 962 sprayed on labyrinth by F4 gun?

Now what I'm facing is the flection of the powder, which leads to lots of unmelted particles and high porosity in coating. The parameters are Current 650A Argon 40NLPM H2 12NLPM 150mm 40g/min.

Hi! All, rarely I used to get hairline crack on fillet area due to high thickness. thickness requirement is 35-80 microns, sometimes when 
the operator added one extra pass to match the coating thickness, this used to be happened. As I aware this process is very complicate. 
My question here is
Is this crack can be repair before sending it to diffusion Heat treatment or after drying / curing in the Oven? 
After Heat treatment, if the thickness is less, is it possible to recoat??

Does anyone have experience using the SG100 Gun for applying TBC coating on GE Transition pieces FR5001 and FR6001? Is this gun compatible with coating smaller diameters or critical geometries?

there will be two series of gun 
1. 2700 and 2800 with an extension. Which one is good for coating smaller diameters? can you please share the pros and cons?

How to reduce the hBN content on amdry 958 coating?

Already adjust the carrier gas but not much change on the coating microstructures.

Current hBN percentage is around 40-50%. Target is 10-20%
