suppliers in the uk for powders

Hi all Im new to this so please excuse some noob questions.

As it says Im looking for suppliers in the uk for powders, initially I want zinc and a basic low carbon steel product (would I need a base coat and if so which one?)
I want to do basic rebuild on mild steel and rust protection mainly on thin sheet steel
