seeking help regarding power soorce problem

I am facing very long problem related to power drop . After ignition ( min 150amp) and recepie load (500amps)  sudden jump in current more than set amps (upto550) and parameter established slowly but current will drop more than 50amp from set amps ... some time it will nt ignite flame some error   two times gun partd damaged
