hello, every expertise, need your input or idea, how i can make roller surface roughness Ra 0.15-0.3mm
per my understanding, when we machine the roller we need to kepp 0.2mm Ra then this may happen. any ideas or procedure you can suggest will be 120% appreciate.

You need flame spraying or plasma spraying of a powder mixture of self-fluxing nickel-based alloy + tungsten-molten carbide (NiCrBSi + WC/W2C). If the grain size of your carbide is 0.2-0.5 mm, you will get a coating roughness of 0.1-0.3 mm.
