Does anyone know of any good hard masking vendors for plasma spray.

Some of the vendors we use in the aerospace are ERW, Rubberhouse, AIM, Airex, etc.

Gerard poly moulding

I've used their products extensively. Excellent and consistent quality. Lead times can be a few weeks on some products, but well worth the wait. Long lasting, and very precise. They will make molds for new parts as well.
