help to me to measure crystallinity of Hydroxyapatite coatings by relative intensity
To measure crystallinity using relative intensity technique should I need to subtract the peak from constant baseline or baseline that connect the base of all peaks???????

To measure crystallinity of heat treated sample, which sample will be my referenced sample? Pure standard powder or heat treated the powder at the same temperature on which sample was heated is my referenced powder???

Please help me.Thanks a lot.

Hi fahad

No experience with this I'm afraid. I would have thought a reference sample would ideally be a heat treated coating with known properties.
