gypsum Tank

Hi All,
Customer needs an anti-stick + anti-wear coating on a tank top surface of size 4.5 meters * 3.5 meters

Please suggest a relevant thermal spray coating.

I assume this is the cover for the tank, and you plan on coating the inside surface? The material inside is Gypsum?

Is there temperature? The wear factor is erosion ?

I would think to use a Ceramic coating, Chrome Oxide, brush polish the as sprayed coating with diamond bristle tool, and then maybe a sprayed Telfon type coating.

Two questions:

As the tank is very large, can we spray Cr2O3 using 6P?
Will we need to cure the applied Teflon coating? Because the tank is large and almost impossible to heat cure....
Is there a stand alone TS coating for this application?

In the paper industry the company called Fluron has some teflon® like products, in spray on with no heat curing, spray on and cured at 250 F, and sleeves, sheets.

Note:
I have not used Fluron, or do I have a relationship with them. However, I have seen samples, and seen jobs in Voith Paper, and other paper companies with the coatings for last 15 years or so.

We had coated a PCC Silo in 2011 for non stick and non erosive coating using Glass Flake coatings.
You can give a thaught to it.
