flexicords
Hi every one,

i am new to thermal spray process.

I am looking to purchase a saint gobain wire spray system, need to know, if the flexi cord wires(specifically rocdur 62) are costlier than the powders.

has any one used rocdur 62?

1)what would be the cost of a spool of rocdur 62.

2)are there any other companies that manufacture a similar wire.

3)can these wires be fused after spraying.

i have never seen any one talk about (self fluxing-fusible)wire spray process.

please share your experiences.

thanks in advance.

Regards,

abhay

RE: flexicords
hi every one,

saint gobain flexicord product has very low use in the thermal spray community i believe.

i could not find any other supplier for flexicord, is flexicord only manufactured by saint gobain.

can any one share their experience on availability and source for flexicords.

Thanks & regards,
abhay
