RE: coating question

Here are my thoughts......
Roughness Rz 150-250 μm
Hardness min. 54 HRC
thinkness 0,5-0,6 mm
those points are standard engineering terms and you can find on line....
bond layer NiAl / NiCr / NiTi 0,1-0,2 mm
bottom layer 13% Cr-Stahl 0,2 mm
surface 29% Cr-Stahl 0,2 mm
13% Chrome and some Molybdenum for hardness
bond layer is the 1st layer? bottom is actual intermediate layer?
Bond layer is the first layer in contact with the substrate, the NiAl materials have better bonding than the top layer.....
what means 13% chrome and some Mo for hardness, which layer to appy this? surface?
13% Chrome is a very common wire and powder sprayed, if Wire would be Metcoloy 2 this is the top layer
for details you would need to know the process of thermal spray, the part etc.
