"cannot insert any more instruction in job" error on robotic arm

Hi all,
We are spraying a pretty complex surface and have been putting in a lot of lines into the robotic arm program (Motoman). However, we've run into a problem where the robotic arm will not accept any more lines with the error, "cannot insert any more instruction in job." We've tried removing other programs to make room but it doesn't seem to be a memory problem. Does anyone have advice on how to get around this problem?

Make other jobs that you call from the main job...break it up into smaller jobs.
