acetylene cylinder heating blankets

anyone have any issues with the use of acetylene cylinder heating blankets?
Is it safe to heat up acetylene cylinders to 120 degrees Fahrenheit?
Will it change the flame parameters?

Dear Chromalloy:

Sounds very dangerous to me! Typically the maximum working pressure of Acetylene in gaseous form is 15PSI in most countries. Exceeding 15 psi its my understanding that acetylene is unsafe, and the molecule is unstable, hence explosive.

Thats why acetylene is disolved into acetone in the cylinder, something like carbonated drink...

I agree with Stephen, it's very unsafe to do modifications on gas net, without advices from a gas specialist, as surely you use a flame gun, with volumetric flow meter, parameters could change if room temperature change, that is the reason to have a constant room temperature, or use mass flow meter.
