It depends on how the pressure is applied, the conditions and specific coating qualities. So we really need much more information to answer your question properly. HVOF and D-Gun WC10Co4Cr coatings on compressor piston rods have successfully run at ~ 350 bar, so a simple generic answer would be yes

Thank you so much! The pressure is applied in the similar way as the compressor piston rods, my colleague is convinced by 350 bar, which can meet the requirement.
