What is this note taking Software called?

Hello Friends,

I have a mac, and have been looking for a good note-taking program. However, the one I want I don't know the name of. The display looks like a notepad with different tabs for different classes I think it is a word based program. There's the capability to insert arrows, and characters, etc.

Hello Guys,

You're right. It's Microsoft Word. In Word you get to it by choosing Notebook Layout view from the View menu.

Have no idea, I didn't even hear it before, actually I am a student of law and do not deals with this kind of stuff.
