RE: TAFA 9000 Arc Spray
Hello,

This is typically caused when the PLC battery dies and the EPROM which stores the plc program loses it software.

PM me if you need any additional information to move forward.

Hi Jim,
You are correct. The program has been lost.

Tried to PM you, but the feature did not work, and there were no activation instructions in the help document. Could you email me at duane-at-metalfusioninc.com ?

RE: TAFA 9000 Arc Spray
Hi,
I have a problems with my Tafa 9935 CoArc System. Although the air has the necessary pressure (6.9 bar) and flow, the E-stop buttons are pulled out, the E-Stop button on the display is red and doesn't start. Three alarms appear on the display: "Master air solenoid valve fault" (the first), "Master servo fault" and "gun head low pressure fault". The system doesn't allow me to erase alarms. I have the warning: "Low battery - Real Time Clock". The battery has 3V, but has the blades glued on it and attached to an electronic circuit. It's more complicated I change it. There is someone to tell me what to do?

Thanks!

Stefan
