Stoichiometric
Dear Experts,

For gases fuel of Flame spray, does anybody know how to calculate the Stoichiometric, what is the form? Thanks a lot for any input.
eg. C2H4+3O2--2CO2+2H2O

It follows from the equation C2H4 + 3O2 = 2CO2 + 2H2O that three moles of oxygen are necessary for one mole of ethene. In normal conditions, one mole of each gas (ethene or oxygen or CO2) contains 22.4 liters. In other words, for the burning of ethene you need three times the volume of oxygen or 3 / 0.21 = 14.3 times the volume of air, if you burn ethene in the air.
