Silicon via APS at 200 gram / min and 10 mm thick

Greetings

I have a customer that request to plasma spray Silicon via APS at 200 gram / min and 10 mm thick.

and also spraying Aluminium at the same spray rates.

Question:

1. would this be possible with standard European Twin type powder feeder?
   
2. can silicon be spray this thick ?
   

Or would we use multiple feeders and powder ports

Should be the target roll in PVD

1.you may need at least one more powder feeder.
2.can not be the pure Si, must be Si with Al
